I hope to live and experience life

I hope to enjoy the gift of good friends
And retain the love and company of family

And give back all the love I possess
Even endure the disappointment of not-so-good friends
I hope to experience deep-rooted happiness
And the warmth of hearty smiles
I hope to make impact with my living
Sharpen blunt saws and fan feeble flames
Recreate in people and projects
I hope to squeeze the life out of my
existence
I hope life gets a ball out of experiencing me
I hope the grave whines from the hollow in me
I hope heaven rings with joy on receiving me
And my father smiles as I approach his throne.
